My name is Jacky, and I was born in 1976 in a small town at the border of Florida and Georgia. As a child with mild hearing impairment, I often felt confused and isolated. The world around me sometimes felt overwhelming, and my inability to communicate as freely as my peers led to feelings of low self-esteem. However, these experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for connection and the importance of helping others.

In 1998, I decided to channel my experiences into a venture that would allow me to connect with others and make a difference. This marked the beginning of my journey in establishing this online store. Initially, I focused on creating promotional materials for schools, a field I was passionate about due to my own experiences in education. I understood firsthand the importance of fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students.

As I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey, I was determined to treat each customer with sincerity and respect. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
